Kingsbury and Company is a Chicago-based luxury organization company and consultancy. Founded in 2023, we specialize in creating custom organizational systems designed to complement the lifestyles of our busy, active clients and their households. We offer full-service organizational solutions with white-glove installation, concierge moving packages, and decluttering and relocating services for discerning seniors and grieving families.
Meet our team
MANDY TERC is the founder and chief organizing officer of Kingsbury and Company. After a 25-year career in higher education and nonprofit leadership, she channeled her personal passion for organized living into a business supporting other busy households. She graduated from Princeton and has graduate degrees from Harvard and University of Michigan. With a PhD in anthropology, she uses her expertise in human behavior to design systems customized to her clients’ needs and to guide them through significant life transitions such as relocation, job changes, down sizing and the passing of a loved one.
